如今,中国消费者对于护肤的追求越发极致,不少消费者尤其是女性消费者甚至比韩国消费者更能够接受专业产品,市场环境的变化,也给GD11这样小众的海外专业护肤品牌提供了很好的发展契机。

Juliet表示,在选择主推产品时,会遵循选取最能体现品牌最核心技术价值的产品的思路,同时针对性地将产品推向市场。

例如GD11的冻干粉修复精华和冻干粉面膜就是针对着不同的消费者:前者针对有皮肤问题需要解决,(比如痘印、痘坑、皱纹等)或者对皮肤状态要求比较高的用户;后者则适合急需补水,对冻干粉使用方法不是很了解,或者对价格较为敏感的用户,可以先选择面膜作为入门款。

目前GD11冻干粉修复精华售价在645元/盒(5支),相对国内同类品牌则大多集中在100-300元的价格区间,几乎没有同价位的竞品,如何让他们认识到GD11产品的优势,接受产品的价位,在Juliet看来,都是不小的挑战。 这需要花更多地精力进行市场推广,教育消费者,让他们对品牌认可。 而受近两年中国消费升级、关税下降等影响,越来越多地海外中小化妆品牌进入中国,而国内消费者对这些品牌的接受度也非常高,这也给新晋品牌的发展带来了不小的竞争压力,要获得短期的业绩或许不难,但要长期在市场站稳脚跟,则更需要找到差异化的竞争优势。

包括冻干粉修复精华和面膜在内,GD11已经引入中国的SKU在10个左右,Juliet表示,计划在今年下半年引入水乳面霜洁面等产品,到时候产品线会更加丰富,而在消费者对冻干粉产品有了充分的了解之后,还会继续引进其他功能性产品进行主推,同时,也会结合中国市场的实际情况,为GD11的新品开发提供建议。

在运营推广方面,未来GD11韩国和中国国内都会举办发布会,并开设大型旗舰店,同时与明星展开深度合作,从更多垂直方向进行有针对性的投入扩散等。

Juliet表示,目前品牌的ins、facebook、微博、微信都在运营当中。

其实GD11内容方面有很多可以做,但在内容形式上中国与韩国还是很有大区别的。

韩国方面正在准备新一批的素材,到时候呈现的内容将会更好地表达产品概念。 我们对产品目前的销售情况还是满意的,计划将月销做到300-500万,Juliet说,预计今年的销售目标是3600万。
